Subject: Excessive Salaries for

Does anyone feel as I do that the salaries and perks for cchief operating officers are unconscionable, unrealistic, unfair and unwarranted?

While production workers salaries remain approximately tuned to the costs of living index, and stock holder's dividends remain approximately constant, compensation to the officer's increase 200-300 fold.

I am in favor of giving compensation rewards based upon corporate profits. When an entity makes a profit the board should be rewarded, but the investors should also share in that profit by declaring higher dividends.

What do you think and what can be done about it?
