SRI Chat - Socially Responsible Investing
Subject: Investing in recycling start-ups
From: Ken Mogul

This message is mainly directed at Jay Falk
though I'm interested in responses from anybody.

I'm a partner in a start up venture that will
offer a disposal service to generators of waste
drywall and asphalt roofing shingles and will
convert these into a series of end use products
for which we already have markets. So far we've
finalized our business plan, have our processing
machine in design phase, have operated a pilot
plant, are involved in site selection and most
recently presented at the Northeast Recycling
Council's Venture Capital forum in Boston.

Now for the question. Does SocialFunds or any
other social investment group link up investors
to start ups and if so, who and how?

Of course I'm following down every lead possible
and so if my posting here seems a bit tangental,
I hope you can forgive!
