Dear Ethan, you are right in that this is the best way to create a fund that would attract many of us. The problem is that the extra "screening" is something the funds will charge us an arm and a leg for. They already claim that the "basic screening" they do now justifies the high fees attached to "Socially Responsible funds". I am not sure that the reduction in the expense ratio that can be created through this fund will not be eliminated by the "extra costs of this screening". We all want a "personalized fund", but a profitable one".

I'd like your comments on how to achieve this. It appears to me that there's an inmmense need for More "Screening info to be available. There's little information on many sectors of the market. Pete.
